What is La Clé des Granges?

La Clé des Granges is a fully renovated former farmhouse, designed to host two romantic suites dedicated to wellness, privacy and relaxation for couples.

You can discover the atmospheres of La Romantique suite et de La Chaleureuse suite.

Where is La Clé des Granges located?

La Clé des Granges is located in Notre-Dame-de-la-Mer, a small village in the Yvelines, on the edge of Eure.

We are about 13 minutes from Giverny, close to Monet’s gardens, less than one hour from Paris and 3 minutes from the A13 motorway exit no. 15 Chaufour-lès-Bonnières.

Can we come for a romantic weekend near Paris?

Yes. La Clé des Granges is designed as an escape for two less than one hour from Paris, in a suite with a private spa, double Jacuzzi® whirlpool bath and Finnish sauna.

What is the difference between a whirlpool bath and a spa?

The main difference is how the water is emptied. A whirlpool bathtub is drained after each use, which ensures optimal hygiene.

Each suite has a double Jacuzzi® whirlpool bathtub, combining air and water massage, as well as a light atmosphere with chromotherapy.

Booking & stay

What is included in the suite price?

The price includes private use of the suite from 5 p.m. to 11 a.m. the following day, for two adults.

  • Breakfast for two: brioche, artisanal biscuits, muesli, jam, chocolate spread, honey, butter, yoghurt, fresh fruit, milk, coffee, tea and hot chocolate
  • Wi-Fi access
  • Netflix, Spotify and SONOS speakers
  • Bed linen and towels
  • NUXE toiletries
  • Cleaning before and after the stay
How many people can stay in the suite?

Our suites are designed and insured for a maximum of two adults.

We cannot accept any additional person, nor children under 18.

Is there a rate for several nights?

From the second night onwards, you receive a €20 discount per additional night.

Breakfast is included for each night. Towels can be changed on request.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Your arrival is self check-in using a code, from 5 p.m. Check-out is before 11 a.m. the following day.

For even more comfort, we offer the “Extra Moment” option, with arrival from 3 p.m. or departure until 1 p.m., subject to availability.

Is there parking?

Yes. Each suite has its own private parking space under video surveillance.

A Green’Up charging socket also allows you to charge your electric car.

Dining, kitchen & options

Create your evening with a meal, a surprise or a gift voucher.

How does the meal option work?

When booking, you can add a meal option so you can fully enjoy your evening without having to go out again.

The meal is designed to be enjoyed directly in your suite. All that remains is to enjoy your moment for two.

Can I cook in the suite?

Yes. The suite has an equipped kitchen with a combi oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, automatic coffee machine and citrus press.

All the necessary utensils are also available for cooking.

To fully enjoy your evening, you can plan your meal on site, choose one of our options or prepare your own meal.

Can we prepare a surprise for a special occasion?

Yes. Certain attentions can be added to your stay: champagne, romantic decoration or personalised message.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes. We offer gift vouchers that allow you to offer a romantic stay in one of our private spa suites.

The gift voucher is sent by email within 24 hours and contains a personalised code valid for 24 months.

Stay rules

The essential conditions to preserve the comfort and quality of the suites.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the suites.

Can we rent the suite for an afternoon?

No. We do not offer daytime rentals.

Can we smoke or vape in the suite?

No. It is strictly forbidden to smoke — cigarettes, cigars or shisha — or to vape in the suite.

You have a private outdoor space should you wish to use it.

If an odour is noticed after your departure, 50% of the security deposit may be retained, i.e. €100.

Is there an outdoor space?

Yes. You have a small private outdoor space with garden furniture.

Do we need to clean before leaving?

End-of-stay cleaning is included.

We simply ask you to leave the suite in an acceptable condition when you depart.

Security deposit & cancellation

Information relating to the guarantee and cancellation conditions.

How does the security deposit work?

A €200 bank pre-authorisation is requested before your stay. It covers any justified damage, breakage, theft or additional costs.

Unless there is an issue, the bank pre-authorisation is taken 4 days before your arrival and automatically released within 3 days after your departure.

What are the cancellation conditions?

If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, after deduction of a non-refundable €31 administration fee.

Between 30 days and more than 15 days before your arrival, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

15 days or less before your arrival, no refund is possible. Payments made with ANCV holiday vouchers are non-refundable.

Any cancellation or postponement request must be made in writing.
