• booking information: stay dates, selected suite, options, gift voucher, special requests and exchanges relating to the stay;
• information useful for the La Clé Privilège programme, once it opens: enrolment request, confirmed telephone number(s) for the couple, history of eligible direct stays, tier and associated benefit;
• data relating to payment, an ANCV request or the bank card pre-authorisation used as a guarantee, processed as part of the relevant journey;
• data provided in a form or free-text message;
• technical data and consent choices relating to cookies and similar technologies.

Please do not send, in a free-text field or by email, sensitive information that is not strictly necessary for processing your request. Never send your full bank card details by email.

Data is accessible only to authorised persons at LA CLE DES GRANGES and, where necessary for the requested service, to technical service providers or partners involved in its performance. We do not sell your personal data.

LA CLE DES GRANGES implements technical and organisational measures designed to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data processed as part of its services.
